Consistent attendance is the single biggest predictor of tuition success. This policy sets out the expectations for both learner and tutor.
Please join sessions on time. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the booked slot if a learner arrives late.
Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeit or charged at the tutor's discretion.
Three consecutive missed sessions without notice will result in a review of the learner's programme.
If a learner is unwell, please cancel and reschedule — no penalty applies to genuine illness.
