These terms govern the use of https://eduspringlearning.co.uk and the learning services offered by Sanjiv Giri trading as EduSpring Learning.
I provide personalised tuition, exam preparation, mentoring and academic support on a project or subscription basis, delivered online or in-person in London.
Sessions and packages are booked via the website and paid via Stripe in GBP. Prices are fixed at the point of purchase.
Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Monthly programmes can be cancelled with 14 days notice before the next billing date.
Learners and parents agree to attend booked sessions punctually, communicate any changes in good time and provide the materials required for study.
I take reasonable care in delivering all learning services, but cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
All lesson plans, notes and materials produced remain the intellectual property of EduSpring Learning and may not be redistributed without permission.
